It’s another late night or early morning. My dreams have been horrible of late, awful nitemares that are very vivid and stay with me for days. I’m on pills but nothing that helps me sleep. I constantly watch the same cartoons every night so I don’t have to think of anything and there’s no surprises….. I know Bobs Burgers by heart now! Try as I might I can’t completely forget the past and I desperately tell myself to live for the moment. It’s easier said than done. Looking forward to my WAVES course on Wednesday as it really is helping my journey of discovery. #eupdrecovery #eupdawareness #bpdawareness #bpdrecovery #mensmentalhealth #suffolkmind #waves #dbt #cbt #recovery #dreams

If you're watching the same thing every night, you're not giving your mind the chance to discover new things. Your mind is "stuck" and you need to unstick it by giving it new information to assimilate.
