I’m going to be posting on occasion but for now just little snippets for those that need a pep talk!

Luck didn’t get me this far. I did!! Got to big yourself up at times, break those negative bonds with your past and forge positive links to the now. Easier said than done. At first you have to suffer. Then learn and then change. It’s a long process but it can be done. Be proud of how far you’ve come. Love yourself for being a survivor.
