I’m a winner

Writer's picture: DougDoug

The decision to end your life happens over months years. The actual act takes seconds. Taking your life doesn’t mean you want to die but that you want to stop living your life in pain. Recognise the signs that you’re falling. Grab hold of the lifelines that are out there and fight for every single fucking minute you have on this planet. My disaster has turned into triumph. I’m a winner not a loser, I’m not a coward I’m brave. I’m a survivor. I have been broken bent and crushed and have come out the other side a different person. You are all born in hope, don’t ever let it die. #suicideprevention #suicidepreventionmonth #mentalhealthawareness #mensmentalhealth #andysmanclub #mind #samaritans #eupdrecovery #eupdawareness #bpdawareness #bpdrecovery #depressionawareness #hope #courage #future
