I have had an amazing summer. I fulfilled a lifelong ambition to become a field archaeologist and was fortunate to be involved in the Rendlesham Revealed project, as well as a Time Team dig, where I met one of my heroes Carenza Lewis! There's more archaeological adventures ahead as I've become a volunteer for Suffolk Archaeology.
I've seen my ugly mug on the big screen in trailers for House of the Dragon and I'm going to be up early Monday morning to catch episode 8 which is where I first appear!
I'm appearing in a channel 4 program very soon where I'll be hopefully expounding on my very left leaning politics on all sorts of interesting subjects.
I spent 4 days in Sussex and Kent on a mini break with bessie mate Kerry and we had an amazing time, visiting loads of places and sampling the local ale!
End of October I'll hopefully be appearing in the second half of The Nevers first season as a Sgt at Arms ( I think I'm a bad guy as usual! )
Now I'm looking forward to spending Christmas as the big man himself, Santa Claus!
Yes this year has been very good for me and it's all down to hard work, searching the inner self and coming to terms with who I am. I have changed. I was an empty vessel after my suicide attempt and I have filled myself with joy and a new found love of life.
I have been spending more time with my family and in particular my grand daughter Esme, who makes my heart hurt every time I see her!
There is nothing stronger than a broken man

who has fixed himself. I am bombproof. I have been forged in the flames of disaster to come out a bright new blade! I am very nearly the person I was always meant to be.
