Hello hello hello

The start of another week. I caught a glimpse of something I didn’t want to see and it sent me into a panic attack. It’s a terrible feeling. The back of your neck heats up, your vision narrows, you feel cold, hot, trapped and useless. The feeling passes quickly but leaves you feeling weak and washed out, no strength or willpower. You get over it and await the next one.


I’m off down to Faversham police museum on Thursday where I will be playing Kent’s first Chief Constable Captain John Henry Hay Ruxton! It’s for the new museum exhibition. To those that said I should be in a museum well there you go!! There is a passing resemblance and they loved my audition. Forever immortalised on a museum loop!


I’ve got to make this week work for me. Got to work at being the new me, optimistic and upbeat! Here goes………
