A rare visit

Things are winding down in here! I'll visit occasionally but I'd like to thank all those that popped in to see how things were going. If my ramblings have helped or steered you in the right direction then I'm more than happy to say farewell.

This started out, as the title suggested as a long love letter, both to myself, my children and her. It changed along the way, tales of loss, love humour and friendship and above all hope.

I still haven't written everything down and maybe I never will. I continue on my journey with help and love and drugs!
