Another great photo session with Jo Kelly Ginger Snaps Photography. It seems I am becoming more confident again after the past disastrous few months. I know I am looking older and tired but there is a spark that is slowly coming back. These photo sessions, amongst other things, have actually been vital to building me back up after getting so low. It’s nice to feel good after punishing myself for so long. In other news......I have purchased my first skinny suit ever!! 42r with 34 waist trousers and it fits beautifully. I continue to lose weight and put on muscle and I’m getting close to my target weight. I never thought that I would look good in a suit ever again. I hope you are all having a great start to your weekend. I’m polishing the Alfa and helping my mum around the house on Saturday and on Sunday I’m going to watch the Alfa racing championship at Snetterton with Kerry. Im trying to keep busy, especially at the weekends, it’s no good hiding away and overthinking stuff! So I’m generally on the up with a few bad days here and there!
